About East Grand Forks Synchronized Skating

The East Grand Forks Synchronized Skating program, in partnership with the Northern Lights Figure Skating Club, offers skaters the opportunity to develop individual skating skills while competing as part of a team in one of figure skating's fastest-growing disciplines. With programs ranging from introductory exhibition skating to advanced competitive levels, athletes build confidence, teamwork, precision, and technical ability through practices, performances, and competitions throughout the skating season.

Age Levels

We’re excited to offer Synchronized Skating programs for ages 5–20.

EGF Residents and Non-Residents

Our Youth Parks & Recreation programs are designed for City of East Grand Forks residents and for those who live within Polk County, outside city limits, and attend school in EGF. Participants living outside city limits but within Polk County must complete a Non-Resident Participation Form prior to registering.

Registration

Registration opens Wednesday, March 4th and closes Wednesday, March 25th. Register by March 18th to avoid a $50 late fee.


All participants must create an account through our Playmetrics website to complete the registration process.
