Administrative Staff

Jorgen serves as the East Grand Forks Parks & Recreation Superintendent after serving as a Recreation Programmer for the City of St. Cloud. He holds an Associate of Arts degree from Central Lakes College and a Bachelor of Science in Recreation, Tourism from Winona State University.


In his previous role, Jorgen managed athletic programming and operations at the Whitney Recreation Center and Whitney Sports Complex, bringing valuable experience in recreation programming, facility operations, and community athletics to the East Grand Forks team.

John oversees all youth recreation offerings for the department. In his role as Recreation Coordinator, he manages scheduling, hires and supports coaches and staff, and ensures programs run smoothly from start to finish.


With a strong background in youth athletics and program management, John brings years of hands-on experience as a coach, referee, and program director, playing a key role in creating organized and engaging opportunities for youth in the community.


With a background in marketing, administrative support, and customer service, Brenna is committed to supporting and strengthening the community. She is a graduate of Northland Community Technical College and the University of North Dakota and currently serves as Vice President of the Greater Grand Forks Young Professionals.


In her role, Brenna is often the first point of contact and a go-to resource for a wide range of Parks & Recreation needs, including the Community Garden, tree maintenance, park rentals, office operations, marketing, social media, and more.
