Nash Park is one of East Grand Forks' classic neighborhood parks as a place that changes with the seasons and has served generations of residents. While it's smaller than destination parks like Sherlock or O'Leary, Nash Park is especially valued for its year-round recreation, neighborhood feel, and winter activity. The park is approximately 1.6 acres and is located at 915 22nd Street NW in a residential area on the city's northwest side.

Warming House / Indoor Facility
One of Nash Park's most unique features is its indoor warming house.
The building includes:
- Heated interior during the skating season
- Two restrooms
- Space to put on or remove skates
- Gathering area for families
- Electrical outlets
- Tables and chairs upon rental request
The warming house is also available to rent for a daily fee through East Grand Forks Parks & Recreation, making it useful for small community events and winter gatherings. Please see rental information at the bottom of this page.
Playgrounds
The complex includes one playset designed for children of various ages.

Picnic Shelter
Nash Park provides one reservable shelter, which includes:
- Covered seating
- Picnic tables

The shelter is generally available from May through September.
Reserve a Space at Nash Park
East Grand Forks Park shelters are reserved on a first come, first served basis. All shelters and alcohol permits are free of charge in East Grand Forks. The warming house is available to rent for a fee of $200 per day.
Rental Availability
- Daily from May 1st through September 30th
- Parks open daily: 10 a.m. to Dusk
- No advanced reservations made until February 1st of the current year.
To Reserve a Park Shelter or Warming House
- Contact the Parks and Recreation Department at 218-773-8000 or visit the East Grand Forks Parks and Recreation office at City Hall, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. to check for availability.
- Fill out a Park Shelter Application Form or Warming Houses Facility Use Application Form to set your date and time in stone as well as an Alcohol Permit Application Form if applicable.
- Pick up your shelter permit at the Parks and Recreation office in East Grand Forks City Hall. This must be hung up at the shelter during your event.
