East Grand Forks is proud to provide three ice arenas that support a dedicated community of athletes, fans, and eventgoers. From youth hockey and synchronized skating to regional tournaments and community events, our arenas provide year-round opportunities for recreation and connection. Each facility offers unique features and amenities designed to serve players, families, and spectators alike.

Rental Information and Arena Inquiries

Ice Time Rentals at All Arenas
$150/hour



◉ Ice rental reservations must be made at least 72 hours in advance to ensure staff availability. 

◉ Ice rentals are available on a first-come, first serve basis and are subject to change based on calendar and staff availability. 

◉ Open hockey sessions are for East Grand Forks Youth Hockey players only.

East Grand Forks Civic Center

Location: 300 15th St NE

Home to youth and high school hockey, synchronized skating competitions, and regional tournaments since 1974, the Civic Center is a lasting community centerpiece, offering a home to year-round athletic programs and community events. With thoughtful upgrades underway, it’s poised to continue serving East Grand Forks for decades to come.

With its full-season ice availability, training facilities, and mid-sized spectator capacity, the VFW Arena is plays a major role in local hockey development, community recreation, and winter fitness.

Located right next to the VFW, the Blue Line Club Arena is home to all things East Grand Forks hockey and skating. As a key mid-sized arena, the arena strikes a balance between dedicated competitive programming and casual community use.
